The 4th CNR Book Fair held in 2017 was completed with a record attendance. 407 thousand 317 book lovers visited the fair
The CNR Book Fair, which attracted a great deal of interest from book lovers, was completed with record attendance. At CNR EXPO Yesilköy, there were long queues in the fuard which was open for 9 days from February 24 to March 5. The fair, which was organized with the participation of 383 thousand 187 booksellers last year, was visited by 407 thousand 317 booksellers this year.
More than 1,000 events were organized with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, together with fuarda, panellas, interviews, children's events, concerts and signature days organized with the theme of "15th of July". The exhibition of honor of the fair was of great interest to Hasan Aycin's exhibition and his works.
Fuarda met with hundreds of writer readers
In the scope of signing days, readers and writers' meetings, Fuara, İskender Pala, Abdurrahman Dilipak, Yüce Zerey, Ferman Akgul, Rasim Özdenören, Ahmet Ümit, Ali Lidar, Ayşe Kulin, Burak Tamdoğan, Ahmet Günbay Yildiz, Bahadır Yenişehirlioğlu, Cemil Koçak, Yusuf Dursun, Cüneyd Suavi, Mikail Colak, Bahadır Yenişehirlioğlu, Mehmet Paksu hundreds of writers attended. Besides the young writers Bilal Sami Gökdemir, Hikmet Anıl Öztekin and Canfeza, writers Filiz Puluç, İrem Demirbas, Tuğçe Doğan, Zeynep Sey and Dilara Keskin from the "Watpadd" blog authors were intrigued by the readers.
Children and adults visited CNR Book Fair

Fuarda, children's science books, classics, Harry Potter, Sautery, Auto Orange, Vincent Series, books on adventure and football were among the works demanded by children. 200 books were translated from Turkish into Arabic
More than 10 Arabic books were published in the Arabic Books Division at Fuard. Tayfur Esen, President of the Printing and Publishing Vocational Association of Turkey, gave information about the section established to strengthen the friendship ties between Turkey and the Arab countries, and reported that they were interviewing Arab publishing houses from 22 countries. About 200 books were translated from Turkish into Arabic, Esen said: "Arab publishing houses have shown particular interest in books about Ottoman history and Ottoman sultans. Especially the books of Lebanon and Egypt were intense interest. We aim to see the publications of Africa, Turkic Republics, Europe and Balkan countries next year. "
